The New Albany Middle School Band Program consists of three bands: sixth grade, seventh grade, and eighth grade. Members of the band from each grade level participate in the New Albany Christmas Parade and in Christmas and Spring Concerts. The seventh and eighth grade bands also march in the New Albany High School Homecoming Parade and attend solo and ensemble competitions at Itawamba Community College, with ninety-five percent of members receiving all superior ratings. Additionally, the eighth grade band plays at all home football games and school pep rallies. |
