Dear Students and Parents, It is with great excitement and anticipation that I welcome you to New Albany Middle School. Those who have been here before already know, and newcomers will quickly learn that this is a special place like none other. We are known as the student body and staff that give their very best in every endeavor. This is a safe and warm environment for all who attend here. I encourage each of you to get involved in the academic field of your school, as well has take part in the activities offered. Set your goals high and accept no less than achieving your very best in all you do! Please read and become familiar with your handbook. It contains necessary information that will be very helpful to you in regard to class work, attendance, discipline, grading policy, dress code, etc. Each student is responsible for being familiar with the information contained in the handbook. Parents are also asked to read and discuss this with your child in order to avoid confusion later. If a problem should arise, please do not hesitate to call or come by and see us. Working together is the key to educating all of our students to their highest potential. With a team effort we can help to assure that all students meet the challenges that will make a difference in their lives.
